Orders typically take between 5-7 business days to be delivered. Please ensure you answer your phone, as the courier may cancel your order if there is no response.

You can track your order by logging into your account on our website. Once logged in, you’ll find updates on your order status.

If your order is incorrect, please send us a message on social media, and we’ll arrange for the correct item and size to be sent to you as soon as possible.

You can now process returns or exchanges directly through your account on our website. Log in to your account, find the order you wish to return or exchange, and follow the self-return process. Our system will guide you, and the courier will contact you to collect the item.

Return Policy: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, as long as they are not worn or washed.

Once the courier picks up the item and we confirm its return, we will transfer your refund through InstaPay or bank transfer. If you haven’t received it after confirmation, please reach out to us.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and credit card payments.
